Shipping & Pick-up

Where do I ship?
Currently, I only ship to Austria and Germany. Due to the new EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR), shipping to other countries is unfortunately no longer financially and bureaucratically viable for small labels. I sincerely hope that this will change soon and that I will be able to ship to more countries in the future!

Shipping costs:

• Austria: €3.90
• Germany: €5.90
  Shipping is free for orders over €40.

Delivery time:

• Austria: 2–4 business days
• Germany: 5–10 business days

Local pick-up
Would you prefer to pick up your piece of jewelry in person? No problem!

• Pick-up location: Sparbersbachgasse 65/10, 8010 Graz
• Important: This is not a shop, but only a pick-up location.
  Simply select "Pick up in store" as the shipping option at checkout. After your order, I will contact you by email at info@annapayer.com to arrange a pick-up appointment.
